What is ‘Being Imperfectly’ all about?
Too often we focus on perfection when it comes to health and wellness. But feeling good is not about pefection, it’s about balance. They understand this in other countries where they don’t succumb to yo-yo dieting trends or obsessive exercising. Instead, they’ve learned to eat ‘reasonably’ while still enjoying their food and their life. Utilizing the unspoken rules in other countries, along with basic common sense, I help you release the pressure you may put on yourself- as mom, wife, husband, teenager, athlete – by adopting a more realistic and positive mindset. We are able to regain a sense of control and calm that will serve you and your loved ones for many years to come.
